Palestine Under Siege screening @ Melbourne Documentary Film Festival.

Join us for a screening of new documentary film Palestine Under Siege at the Melbourne Documentary Film Festival.

The film was shot in Palestine in the West Bank and in Jerusalem in June and July 2023 and features Australians, Dr Peter Slezak UNSW Honorary Associate Professor of Philosophy and his two companions, Rand Darwish, Australian Palestinian activist and former Greens Senator, Lee Rhiannon, talking to Palestinians and Jews in Lebanon and Palestine on the themes of the 1948 Nakba, settler colonialism and the apartheid nature of the Israeli state.

Filmmakers John Reynolds and Jill Hickson, along with Rand Darwish and Dr Peter Slezak will be speaking at the Q&A after the screening.
