Join Jenn & Jana at Green Monday Studios for a 90 minute afternoon session of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing to raise funds for Palestine Australia Relief and Action (PARA) as a community.
What to expect:
Grounding Yin style Yoga Practice guided by Jenn to rest the mind and body, followed by a Yoga Nidra practice (yogic sleep meditation) to experience deep rest and spacious awareness.
Alongside the yoga practice, Jana will fill the space with soothing vibrations of singing bowls, tongue drums, chimes and ethereal vocals — ending the session with an all-encompassing sound bath.
