URGENT ACTION: Demand the Australian Government acts to prevent genocide in Gaza
Take ACTION and urge the Australian Government to support the International Court of Justice’s binding ruling for Israel to act immediately to prevent genocide in Gaza.
In its ruling on 26 January 2024, the International Court of Justice found Israel had a plausible case of genocide to answer to in Gaza, ordering that it stop its killing and maiming of Palestinians and enable and facilitate the unfettered flow of humanitarian aid.
The international community, including Australia, now has an active and vital role to play in ensuring Israel complies with this ruling.
URGENT ACTION: Urge the Australian Government to support South Africa’s case against Israel in the International Court of Justice
Take ACTION and urge the Australian Government to issue a public statement supporting South Africa’s case against Israel in the International Court of Justice.
South Africa’s case claims that Israel has not only failed to prevent genocide and failed to prosecute the direct and public incitement to genocide, but has actually engaged in and is engaging in genocidal acts against the Palestinian people in Gaza.
If successful, this case will enable the ICJ to bring about measures to order Israel to stop its campaign of brutal violence in Gaza, to protect the Palestinian people.
