After watching our documentary on day 1 in an act of bearing witness, please join us for day 2 as we discuss Australia’s role, the realities of international law, and how we sustain meaningful action and solidarity over time.
For this panel, we are bringing together advocates and legal experts:
- Commissioner Chris Sidoti, who is a member of the UN Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem and Israel;
- Rawan Arraf, who is the Executive Director of the Australian Centre for International Justice;
- Sarah Schwartz, who is a human rights lawyer and Executive Officer of the Jewish Council of Australia; and
- Katie Shammas, who is one of the Executive Officers of APAN.
This session will be moderated by award-winning writer and human rights lawyer, Sara Saleh.
Tickets are pay what you can (including $0). The session will be recorded and registered participants will have access to the recordings until 11.59pm AEST on Saturday, 16 May 2026.
