The next fortnightly Central Coast Friends of Palestine vigil will remember the Nakba, the catastrpohy, that resulted in 750,000 people ethnically cleansed from Palestine by Israeli militia to facilitate the birth of Israel.
The Israeli state continues to opress the Palestinian people to this day.

As we live through a second Nakba, we will mark the May 1948 Nakba at our vigil.

If you have a battery operated candle bring it along as we remember the souls who perished in 1948 and ever since.
Otherwise just come with your banners and flags as usual if you don’t have a candle.
