Women in Black is a global peace movement. Our Adelaide group stands silent vigils fortnightly in support of Palestine, and in opposition to genocide and ethnic cleansing. Black clothing is preferred. Our organisation is female-run, and focussed on the collective power of women against oppression and manifestations of violence, but all gender identities are welcome at our Adelaide events.
